Planning Your Visit
A trip to Oliver Nurseries should include plenty of time for strolling our demonstration gardens and conversing with fellow gardeners and staff. Take your time, grab a cup of our locally roasted coffee, and discover the many unusual specimens we feature on the property.
A map of our property is attached here for your convenience. As we know many of our customers come from a distance, we encourage you to make an afternoon of it by visiting our neighbor nurseries and the horticultural sites of interest right nearby.

The 1750 Ogden House & Dooryard Garden (2 min.)
One of the many historical centerpieces you'll find when you visit the Fairfield Museum & History Center, with a period dooryard garden alongside.

Oak Lawn Cemetery & Arboretum (3 min.)
A sprawling 100 acres of beauty and serenity, serving the community for over 152 years with mature trees and quiet walking paths.

The Birdcraft Museum (4 min.)
A Connecticut Audubon Society sanctuary and museum, one of the oldest privately-owned songbird sanctuaries in the country.

The Fairfield Nature Center & Larsen Sanctuary (10 min.)
Trails through woodland and wetland habitat run by the Connecticut Audubon Society — a longer detour, well worth the drive.
